Originally created by families and parents seeking better opportunities, support systems, and visibility for children on the autism spectrum, ORCAS has gradually evolved into a broader platform for community building, shared learning, mutual support, and practical collaboration between families, professionals, educators, volunteers, and local initiatives.
Our work combines grassroots community efforts with digital tools, educational projects, resource sharing, workshops, collaborative networks, and emerging economic initiatives designed to strengthen autonomy, inclusion, and participation for neurodiverse individuals and families facing different forms of vulnerability.
We believe meaningful inclusion goes beyond awareness. It requires accessible spaces, practical support, human connection, sustainable opportunities, and communities capable of working together creatively and compassionately.
